As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Jobright Multisite Question
Hi Spartac,
I have a question and hope you can answer it. I have jobRight for my multisite. I am using sub-directories. How can I can the entire site to work for the same username and password for everyone. Example: You are looking at jobs in jobroller.com and have just registered or logged in. Then you look at jobs in jobroller.com/utah, but you are asked for a username and password, a new one.

I need somehow for it to be similar to how you all have the demos setup. One signin will take you anywhere.
