Submit a Job - 'Receipt for your order' email

When a new job is created, the 'receipt for your order' email, which is sent to the Job Lister, shows at the bottom of the email:

whereas the email should say something like:

1.png


The 'receipt for your order' email also appears to be in a different font?

I am new to this, and may be wrong? be gentle!
