    Charge for Resume viewing only?

    I saw this online and thought it was a great idea.

    What do you think about allowing employers to post jobs for free and then only charge employers and recruiters a Resume viewing fee when and if they decide to open the resume of a matching and interested candidate?

    There has been some discussions about this on its pros and cons. This usually requires a "very sought after" job niche to make it work.
