Coupons and Discounts

Include the ability to accept Coupons/Discounts for customers.

Advanced feature: The ability to integrate the coupon system with an affiliate system, to gain more clients (great for marketing)

I've been trying to find a way to do this but to no avail.

I would love this

Coupons and affiliate program are the two most vital improvements that need to be made to Classipress. Love it as is, but I really can't use it for what I need it for without these two options.

I can't really recommend it to some of the people who would find it useful either because the first thing they're going to ask about is coupon functionality and an affiliate program. I'd rather recommend it with these features than recommend it without because it's just going to cause them to seek out a solution that DOES have those features rather than pulling the trigger and purchasing from me via my affiliate link.

It's odd too, because Classipress has seen how powerful their own affiliate program is and even improved it from ver 1.0, so I'm not sure why a coupon and affiliate program option in Classipress (and all of the other themes) isn't seen as a selling point?

Promotion codes

We really need promotion codes for our website. We are working with several sales persons and need a easy way to handle who sold what. I know this theme offers the service: http://templatic.com/cms-themes/job-board

There's already a thread based on this request. I don't think the mods will acknowledge this thread, you should just add show interest to existing threads so the mods take notice.

This is something we may see in future, but the function itself is only just being introduced into another one of our themes (ClassiPress), so it's likely we will see that implemented first and once the functionality has been determined it will make it easier to implement into another theme.

When can we expect to see this feature in jobroller and classipress? It should be considered for the other themes, too.
