Job Seeker Profiles
Job seekers can create a profile based on their professional skills, education etc.

Employers can search through profiles relating to job role (good for creative people in Web design, fashion, photography etc).

Nope it's not. The added advantage is that recruiters will pay extra to access job seekers profiles. It's quicker and more convenient if they search for the preferred applicant.. particularly if there's any urgency.
