Job seekers are more likely to search for a job if the salary is displayed on the front page.

Can a field be added for when the recruiter is submitting a vacancy they have to enter the start date for the role. Also it would be ideal if they could also enter wht the salary or hourly rate is for the vacancy. The salary should also be displayed on main page in the "latest jobs" view. PLEASE ADD THIS IN THE NEXT RELEASE

OH...please also add job seeker profiles so they can register and store their CV's which recruiters can access

I would like to register my interest in the above - even if it is a non-searchable value, all job adverts should at least be able to display wage rate and start date (as fields, rather than hoping the employer includes it in the text)

Just to note, I have merged 2 threads regarding salary range so we can keep track of interest in these features more easily.

A job board is nothing without salary/wage rates, start/closing dates... obviously... this entices you into applying for the job role.

I love your ideas guys. I'm with you. I'd really like to see a section for job seekers to register their resumes/CV's. Having a Resume database will draw more people to the site to look for jobs if they know they can also post their resume's to a secure area where only employers can view resumes. Some people might now want the general public viewing their resume.

I wouldn't want my resume available to the public for security reasons.. (personal details, home address etc). 99.99% of spammers and fraudsters will use it against you and send spam mail, credit card fraud etc.

Definitely keep it secured or you will have a million law suits in your hand .. i.e Facebook privacy

Come on guys, this is very important in any job site - the job salary and start dates should be fields, instead of relying on the employer to add into the description.
