Open job posting in new window

Could you consider an option that when the title of the job posting is clicked, it is opened into a new window. I have had a couple suggestions to get that on my site. Thanks

Just find the code below in the loop-job.php ;

Simply put a target blank element in it to make it look like this;

And you are good to go.
