    Posters choose how they are contacted

    Posters should be able to choose how they are contacted also be able to add or delete required fields. ie go to my website, send headshot, copy and paste resume into body of email

    Recruiters should have the choice to disable the "Apply Online" tool.

    All great ideas...

    Maybe have 2 check boxes:
    1) Apply Online
    2) A button that redirects to a specified URL

    Really hope to see this implemeted in 1.2, recruiters will be very annoyed if job applicants clog up their personal email inbox using the "Apply Online" tool.
