    v1.2 request - Text field size change

    On the Job Submission page, the text field for "Job Description" is too narrow.

    You have the ability to increase height, but not width.

    I believe the width of the text box is dependent on the width of content div. Adjusting it so will mean extending it to the part of the side bar.
