    Tracking

    It would be good to see how many applicants apply to any particular jobs. don't know if that's possible.

    To add to the above. Tracking with 'Views' - How many people visited post, 'Most Viewed' - Hot Views, then 'Most viewed' by week and by month. This can be done with tab viewing on the main page

    you can do that in analytics or there are a number of plugins
