Recruiters can display a video of their business/service to give a clearer insight to the job applicant about what the job entails.

Preferably an embed tool for Youtube or Vimeo to display in the sidebar or next to the company logo.

yeah sounds like a good idea!

If you put a youtube video link in the "How to apply" field the video will be displayed and not as a link.

I have tested it on my installation and so you may check it with yours as we do have different server configurations.

Now that's very cool! Just tested and it worked.

Problem is how will recruiters know if videos can be embedded, there's no description except for "how to apply".

You can add some text on how the they can embed a youtube video. Just look for the code below in the tpl-submit.php

On the next line of codes you can simply add some text.
