Add a constant 'query keyword' to user's queries when searching on Indeed

To be clear, whatever queries the users makes on the search bar (on Job Keywords), it would return a result taking into account the "pre-defined query" LGBT in this case + the 'keyword query' of the user.

Since we only want to show LGBT friendly jobs on the search result.

    Is this possible?
What should I modify in the "theme-indeed.php" file?

Thanks a lot for your help.
