Adding content under the 'submit job' button in the sidebar?

Hi,

I'd like to change the sidebar on JobRoller to include both a 'Search jobs' link as well as a link to Twitter. I modified sidebar.php and it looks just fine on there, but this isn't replicated across the majority of the site's pages.

I've noticed that there are maybe 8 different sidebar files, but they all have the appthemes_before_sidebar_widgets() function at the top - can anyone please tell me where I can edit this function? I've looked through every single file under Appearance -> Editor, but cannot find this function.
