I would like to confirm that the only way that a Jobseeker who has a LinkedIn profile could apply to jobs using their LinkedIn profile is when an Employer/Recruiter has set this option to accept this when publishing their Jobs.

I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?
