    approving a jobpost, while the admin posted it

    Why do I as an admin have to approve a jobpost? Because it's pending, but why is it pending? It's the admin who posted it, so why should the admin (re)approve this again?

    i know there are the following settings that can be made, but this is for jobposters in general, is it possible to exclude the admin (users with admin/moderation rights) from this?
    Moderate Job Listings
    Edited Job Requires Approval
