Burning Question About Indeed

Hello everyone! Like most other JR sites, I populated mine w/Indeed for content purposes. I understand the premise behind Indeed and why it's useful for my site (and Job Seekers) but I just can't wrap my head around "the benefits to an employer." Obviously, this is a problem since I'm just getting started and need to be able to "sell" my site/services to employers. So, can someone shed light on this for me...PLEASE?! Here's the burn: If an employer asks..."why would I post on your site (what are the benefits) when I can post on any other service and it'll show up on your site anyway...(since I have the Indeed feed)? Or, worse yet, "...why wouldn't I spend the extra money to post on a HUGE site like CB or Monster, get more bang for my buck --- after all, it'll show up on your site TOO?!

Do you get what I'm saying? How do I counter this objection? Are there benefits (to employers) for having Indeed on my site? Please don't tell me to take Indeed off...not practical since I don't have any of my own listings.
