changing ''job'' to courses

I want to use jobroller to be able to add some courses.
As there's no option to ad the page and updating new courses I was wondering if there's any chance to use jobroller with some small modification.
I want to create the site basically for courses. Instead of uploading the jobs, the different courses will be uploaded. This involves to change all words containing word ''job'' to courses.
Is it possible at all?
