Custom Logo Dimensions

Hi Guys,

Im going to guess a few people have had this issue.

We are given 4 different sets of dimensions that we can choose to have our logo set, however i wanted to know how i can go about setting my own dimensions. There is a big jump between medium and large. If you are able to look at my site (www.enginterns.com) i would like the logo to increase in size up until the 'latest jobs' tab, roughly half way across the width of header.
