Custom Permissions in JobRoller

Hi there,
I was wondering if there was a way to create a custom permission settings for users of our site.

This would be an amalgamation of the job seeker and employer permissions, essentially allowing users to post/edit jobs as well as post/edit/read resumes

We are using multisite as the users are registered on another site.

Any help would be appreciated.
