Customized Employer Profile

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has managed to customize their employer profile pages. They're pretty underwhelming at the moment, but I think there should be a way to completely pimp that out to a full blown company profile much like other employer sites like CareerBuilder etc.

I doubt very many companies are going to sign up for a gravatar account, or even know what that is, in order to display an image in a Jobroller employer profile.

I did put up a request for improved Employer profiles on the ideas exchange, but it doesn't appear that Appthemes has updated that in a month and half as the latest request is from July 11th.

Has anyone had success in modifying this area? Custom fields for this would be nice to start. Does anyone know how to add those to the employer profile section?
