Desired Salary error - Submit Resume Form
Okay guys I have a bit of a problem I am hoping you can help me out with.

When someone submits a resume the desired salary field is OPTIONAL. BUT, if you leave it blank an error is returned that says "Salary must be numeric." I need to get rid of this error so that folks can simply select or not select a salary range and it will submit.

I don't mind getting my hands dirty with the code if someone can point me in the right direction.
