    Display Long time jobs on Front Page.

    How can I display the jobs which are having longer duration on top of the listing?
    Example
    if Job A - 30 days Job B -60 day & Job C -15 days
    then
    Job B must be on top
    Job A - Must be 2nd
    Job C - Must be in 3rd position.
    Please help.
