FXtender Featured Job not showing in Job Listing view

I'm running FXtender on my JR version 1.5.4. I have created an new static "Welcome Page" and in order to prevent Latest Jobs opening up as the landing page, I had to replace the Latest Jobs page (which is the default landing page), with a new page called "Job-Listing" which does exactly the same thing as the original Latest Jobs page. However, in the process I can't get Featured Jobs to show up in this page. Featured Jobs show up in all other pages (full-time, part-time etc).

Also in the new Job-Listing page I can't get the Company Logo to appear. It appears in all other Job Type views.

Can anyone help with these two issues.
