    How to get a Facebook URL like this

    Hi,

    I would like to configure a facebook hyperlink so when a non-registered site visitor clicks on the Facebook hyperlink from my site's homepage like on the site below, they would be redirected to my facebook URL that would look exactly like theirs does.

    http://www.facebook.com/JOBORTUNITY

    Right now, my facebook URL say's

    The page you requested cannot be displayed right now. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may have expired, or you may not have permission to view this page.

    Not sure what to do next.
