Remplace Spoken Languages by multiple checkboxes options

Hi,

I would like to change the "Spoken languages" selection when someone creates his resume.

Actually, peolpe can write everything they want in the "Spoken Languages" filed on the Resume editing page.
It's not very cool cause The Database'll grow uselessly and it'll have multiple versions of the same options. (Like English, ENGLISH, english... or whatever)

So, I would like to change this function so that people'll just have a limited-languages list with a choice of checkboxes (like english, french, italian...)

I would like they have just the ability to check some defined boxes when they choose their spoken languages on their resume.

Please, How can I do that ?

I'm not a developer, so what's the code I need to paste to do that ?
