    Help please........

    load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.5.2:9 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.0
    smoothscroll.js?ver=4.5.2:1 Uncaught TypeError: $ is not a function(anonymous function) @ smoothscroll.js?ver=4.5.2:1
    admin.php?page=jr-fx-admin-settings:281 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).tabs is not a function

    Can you guys tell me what the above errors mean and how to fix...

    Some of the tabs do not work in admin back end...
