How to add "register button" into job search bar? How to search by city?

I know, official support is terrible here, but i give my last try with this question to ask someone from communty.

i removed #searchform div.search-wrap div.radius from job search bar, now there is free space. Id like to add there Register button, similar to button "search" *(green button next to marked space)

And second question is,
i need to add new searchable variation, under search by salary, date etc .. search by city. How to add this?
