    "Job salary" from menu to text field

    hello guys.

    I have a small question and hopefully someone can help me . recently bought jobroller theme .
    I want to ask how I can change the field "Job Salary" in the page "Submit a Job". Can somone help me to adjusted from menu selection to a field where customers can put the numbers.
    So no menu but a text field where the user can set the amount like the field "Job title".

    I really hope someone can help me with this. This is the last thing that needs to be happen before my site can go online.
