How do I add a resume / CV upload to the job seeker registration / profile page

Hi guys,

I hope someone can help advise me on this one.

I'd like to add the option for a job seeker to upload a resume / CV to their profile page via the registration process or the profile edit screen. I noticed a number of other people would like this feature, but I couldn't find any advice on how to go about doing this. I have fairly good WordPress skills, but this might be just beyond my ability to easily do without any assistance.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction?
