How to change Location "ex: San Francisco"

Slowly going mad ... I'm using the JobApps theme from JobTheme.com and just can't find where to change the text UNDER the search boxes:

ex.: "Project Manager" ex.: "San Francisco"

I'd like to use a different job type and use a standard location. I've been through pretty much every file I think might be relevant but still can't find the element I need to change.

To save me hours more searching, can anyone tell me which file I need to change? Thanks in anticipation!
