How to create a new type of category like "Industry" ?

Hi there,

how would it be possible to add a new type of job categories such as Industry, so that jobs are not only sorted by job type, job category (I hear Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT), salary, date posted, but also by Industry (such as Banking, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Services...)?

Once it is created, it would be great to have it in the sidebar browser as an additional line (next to category, salary, type and date).

And also, I would love to have the Industry show up at the left of the job in the colored rectangles to replace the job type.
