    How to make "Creating a Resume online" Required before applying

    Hi

    Some of my customers need only to access the Resumes database without posting a job.

    How can we make creating a resume online (in JR format) required?

    For the moment, Job seekers can create and account, apply using their CV upload when applying but their profile may stay empty with no CV created in JR.
