IF statement help

Hi all,

So, what we want to achieve: Once a jobseeker clicks submit after completing registration form, we need them to be directed to the resume submit page, and we need an IF statement that checks to see that they complete the resume submission. So, that if they land on the resume submit page and try to go to another page without having completed their resume and submitted, the IF statement must redirect them back to that page until they submit their resume.

The reason is so that every new jobseeker HAS to submit their resume after uploading. They must go hand in hand.

I know this requires customization but if anyone can supply some code that we can use or edit that would be greatly appreciated.
