    Job Packs Empty after purchase

Using sanbox i have paid for the package, marked it paid in orders and successfull to post the job.
But when i check dashboard for "my packs" it says no packs purchased. So when posting 2nd job it asks again to buy package, and i dont see any package marked as poid... how to resolve this issue?
can you guide if i want to add a page with buy packs menu, ?? is it possible currenlty?

and when i am redirected to paypal for payment, original window of job posting is disappeared,

can you please help for these 2 issues?
