Job Roller - Conditions for member role, top menu

In the top menu to the right you can hide 'browse resumes' based on user role. Where can I find this condition so I can look it over?

I want to do the same.. except with the 'job seeker' role. Show a menu item that links to a page that only if your member role is a 'job seeker' you can see it.

What's the best way I can go about doing this?
