Jobroller custom field

hello


thanks for adding custom fields in jobroller but it seems that :

- they are not searchable through the jobroller search bar?

- its not possible to show all jobs offer related to one custom field?
--> for example we can show jobs having the same tag : www.domain.com/tags/museum/
but not jobs having the same custom field : www.domain.com/customfield_name/washington/

Any way to do this?
