Jobroller - language, photo in the header, resume customization, job category

Dear all,

I just bought today the Jobroller theme, everything is working fine. However, I'm confused about four topics:
1. I don't know how to do the step 2 and 3 from the following link in which you explain how to install a language package pack

In case of step 2, I don't know how to set-up the transfer protocol (I searched google and youtube; a youtube video would be perfect!), while in case of step 3 I'm not sure if I should set-up the folder on the local pc or in another location.

2. I'm looking for a way in which to put a different (wide) photo in the header of each page (or at least on the main pages), so that the design would be more attractive. Is there a setting or a plugin for managing this?

3. As far as I understood, the layout of the resume is customizable. However, I cannot get it to change, I'm receiving always the same layout.

4. I disabled the field "Job category" from the "Submit Job" routine, as I find it useless. Could I somehow take out completely the field "Job category" from this form (not to see it on the page)?
