    JobsApp theme - "First Visit" button

    I hope Rahim's around to answer this personally, but I thought I'd throw out to the forum in case someone knows the answers.

    I am working on a site with the brilliant JobsApp child theme and want to change the "First Visit" button at the top. At first I thought it was a 'Menu' but that's not so. I'm not really sure exactly what the purpose of the button is - I know it is a link to the latest job, but that's already on the homepage so it seems a little pointless. I've never seen a 'First Visit' button on a site before - to me it would make more sense to be a 'Candidate Registration' button although I had wanted to put links to my Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy pages up there too.

    Does anyone know what the purpose of it is?
    How can I change the text (do I have to edit the theme)?
