List jobseekers that applied for a certain job

Hey guys.

I have been fiddling around with JR for a bit and was looking for a way to do the following:

when a jobseeker or anyone else looks at a job listing, the 'views' counter is increased.
Then when the seeker applies for a job an email is sent to the job lister.

What i would wish to achieve is for a way for the job lister to see from the dashboard, or from the joblisting page (underneath the job itself) is the seekers that applied for it. This to keep track of the ppl running for it, and/or a way to discard it.
To go a step further how about a way for the listers to Star the seekers in some way?
