    Savvy JobSeekers

    Hi,

    Most younger job seekers today are very tech savvy. Therefore, I put forth the following question.

    You see the hyper linked company name Sears under the Full Time image on the demo site below?

    AppThemes JR Demo site example.

    Why would a job seeker be inclined to register an account and apply on your JR site when they could simply click on the company hyperlink and apply directly on the company website?
