    Making the TAGS field during the Job Lister posting process a *required field

    Hi,

    Does anyone know how you may be able to make the TAGS field a *Required field when a job lister is posting a job?

    I would like the TAGS that are entered into a new job posting to be searchable by non-registered job seekers by Keyword in the searchbar.
