.mo file (for french translation) not changing anytihng

Hi,

I've finished translating the po file with poedit for my jobroller site.

Then I uploaded the created mo file (renamed jobroller-fr_FR.mo) in this folder :
wp-content/themes/jobroller

I've also changed the wp-config.php file and added define('WPLANG', 'fr_FR');

but it didn't change anything, the board is still in english...

Any help please?

PS : I also tried renaming the file jobroller-fr_FR.mo in fr_FR.mo and jobroller.mo but still no result
