Translation in French all gone....

Thank you for the new version 1.1.1 of Vantage.
One thing confusing, I've seen a notice of 1.1 version release only , no 1.1.1, though throughout the AppThemes site.
BTW, I had to go ahead on translation urgently since the site is in public and found a pot file only for 1.1.
Yesterday I translated the pot file into French for almost 2 hours and it was successful.
The site was completely in French as I wanted.
Today I woke up in the morning and found all the work has been gone !
I don't know why...
It happened on and off even before, I would like to know the cause and solve.
May be because the pot file isn't compatible with 1.1.1 yet?
Please...your answer would be appreciated. it is critical...
