More CSS tweaking assistance - please ... ?

May I once again obtain your advice on how to edit the right side bar on my site? I would like to reduce the "gaps" between both text and enclosure and space between the widgets. I should be able to figure this all out on my own soon and not need to post queries. Just not "quite there" yet
If you could direct me as to how to increase / adjust the font size / colours within the "submit box" that would be very welcome as well.
I intend to add a "groupon" banner ad to the very bottom of my front pages and 2 X "adsense" to all "internal" pages (except main - I must keep it clean and classy) so your advice is very welcome.
