Multi Site Questions
I've read a good few multi site threads on here but none of them address what I would like to know.
I have several domain names that I would like to create a Job Roller multi site setup with. At the moment, they're on separate hosting accounts but I can add them all on the same one using add on domains.
Questions are:-
Even though they will all share the same database and have different table prefixes, if somebody signs up to
www.site1.com, would they be able to log in to
www.site2.com?
Also, if someone posts a job on
www.site1.com, will that job post to
www.site2.com as well or do they work independently of each other because of the different prefixes in the DB?
I guess the main advantage of doing a multi site Job Roller, would be if you had two sites, covering two quite close by areas and wanted to share the user base?
I'm just wondering what the best setup would be for more than 1 website, probably 3 or 4.
