    Need to be able to allow users to upload their own Word Resume

    I requested this feature over a year ago! And so have several others. With all of these new features that have been added why is it so hard to add an option to allow users to upload their own resume (i.e. MS Word)? The only option is to purchase an add-on that I really do not care for. What real job site does not allow users to upload their already built resume? AppThemes really needs add this feature and/or tell us a way we can modify the existing code to allow this. Can some PLEASE help me with this? Thank you!
