add/upload resume is not working, cannot see where to upload user photo

I am able to get to the resumes tab as a job seeker. I am able to select and save my preferences but I cannot add a resume nor upload a resume. I am assuming the first kind refers to a jobroller specific resume profile rather than a resume document and the one below is a document. Here is now it reads:

Two problems: When I hit the add resume button, it just cycles back to the main dashboard page with this test on it:

and doesn't allow me to add a resume at all

Second problem is that there is no button to upload a file.

When I go to view my profile as a job seeker, I can see the profile settings have been saved and are visible there. There is also an avatar box that looks like the user's photo should be there. I don't see where the job seeker can upload the photo.


Please help. I have been asking about these for some time and still no joy. I cannot have a live site if nobody can add or upload a resume profile.
