Need help customizing jobroller

I've been having difficulty with changing the color scheme of Jobroller.

After creating the child theme, I realized that you've to import the desired color scheme in the new style.css for it to appear.

I'm currently using the gray theme, but would like to change the gray in the header into white.

Also, for the top menu (where the 'Submit Job', 'Browse Resume' options are), is it possible to change the colour from black to something else?

Please advise.
