New User! Some Questions?

Hey this is my first shot at this forum and my first shot at making any kind of webpage.
My page is http://www.midwestcopjobs.com.

1. I am running Jobroller in the blue theme. How do I get the "submit a job" button to change colors. I would like an bright orange button to attract attention. And when it hovered over I would like it to be orange as well.

2. My home page goes straight to the "latest jobs" category, but would like to make a home page instead. Ive already created a welcome page but you have to click the button to see what it is.

3. I would like to make the different page buttons white with another colored font inside.

4. How do you upload your logo. I dont have one made yet but would like to know.

Just let me know what I need to do. Ive never done coding, but I might be able to figure it out with some help. Also let me know what would make my page better. Thanks in advance. Ill be back with more questions im sure!!!
