Option to Show/Hide from Public View & Secure Contact

Hi,

I've searched WP for this too and wondered if anyone knows a simple way to do the following:

FIRSTLY
I would like an option to show/hide certain fields from Public View when completing forms as a logged in user/job seeker/employer.

For example, a Job Seeker can create a resumé, but has the option to not display his name and contact number on the public site.

The above then turns in to a second request

SECONDLY
E.g. If someone has hidden their contact details, I would like contact, from an Employer, to be via a secure form instead of the Job Seeker's email address.

The Employer could fill in their details (or they are filled in automatically) and then the form is send to the Job Seeker's (hidden) email address. The JS can then reply directly back to the Employer.
